Originally from Poland, Dr. Fotek began her distinguished journey with a Doctorate in Medicine in Dentistry from the esteemed Jagiellonian University School of Dentistry in 2002. Driven by a passion for excellence, she pursued advanced post-doctoral training at the University of Michigan, specializing in Advanced Education in General Dentistry and Graduate Operative Dentistry. This rigorous training refined her skills in cosmetic procedures, shaping her artistic approach to transforming smiles. During the program that led to Master’s of Science degree, Dr. Ilona Fotek held a teaching faculty position, imparting knowledge and mentoring future dentists. To broaden her biological knowledge and to become an expert in the field of holistic and integrative dentistry, Dr. Fotek received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD) from the American College of Integrative Medicine and Dentistry (ACIMD).

Dr. Paul Fotek
DMD, MS
Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology
Dr. Fotek attended the University of Toronto, and in 2002, he earned his dental degree in Poland, where he graduated in the top 5 percent of his class.
Dr. Fotek is double board certified by the American Board of Periodontology in Periodontics and Dental Implant Surgery. He is also a former president of the Central Palm Beach County Dental Association.
Dr. Fotek then completed his post-doctoral specialty training at the University of Michigan, where in 2007, he received his Certificate in Periodontics, along with a Master of Science degree, from the University of Michigan. During this period, Dr. Fotek trained to perform Wilckodontics®, obtained accreditation to perform IV sedation, and completed additional advanced Surgical Training at the prestigious Misch International Implant Institute. Upon completion, Dr. Fotek became Double Board Certified and received Diplomate certification in Periodontics and Dental Implant Surgery.
During his residency at the University of Michigan, Dr. Fotek was a Clinical and Surgical Instructor in the undergraduate dental clinic and worked as a periodontist at the VA Hospital. At the end of his residency, Dr. Fotek was awarded a teaching fellowship and held an appointment as a surgical instructor for General Dentists.
Dr. Fotek’s active participation in local and international dental societies includes the American Board of Periodontology, American Academy of Periodontology, Florida Association of Periodontists, Holistic Dental Association, and International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology. Dr. Fotek is also a past Central Palm Beach County Dental Association President.
Dr. Fotek’s areas of particular interest and expertise are implant-related esthetics. With an extensive focus on esthetic and clinical dentistry, Dr. Fotek practices alternative and holistic approaches to accelerate healing and achieve health and harmony by understanding the biologic principles.

Dr. Amanda Rodman, DDS
Dr. Amanda Rodman, DDS, is a passionate practioner of patient-centered dental care using the latest technologies.
From a young age, Dr. Rodman dreamed of becoming a dentist, inspired by her positive experiences at the dentist's office. By the age of seven, she was already set on a future dental career. Now, as a dentist, she loves helping patients obtain their most beautiful smile to achieve their life goals.
Dr. Rodman earned a Bachelor’s of Science in General Biology from the University of Maryland at College Park before continuing on to the first and oldest dental school in the country, The University of Maryland School of Dentistry. In dental school, Dr. Rodman focused on restorative and cosmetic dentistry and was one of only six students to be chosen for and participate in a digital dentistry clerkship. The clerkship focused on using various chairside assisted technologies to make crowns, veneers, inlays and onlays in the same visit. Building on this experience and continuing to use the latest dental technologies in her practice—including CEREC® and Fotona Lightwalker –Dr. Rodman will help make your restoration feel and function most like your natural tooth in the most minimally invasive way possible.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Rodman enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons. They love exploring the Florida beaches and beautiful local parks. Dr. Rodman is an avid yogi who practices regularly for physical and mental health. She is also a horseback rider, which dates back to her days as a varsity equestrian in college.

Jenny is an exceptional biological dental hygienist at Dental Healing Arts in Jupiter, Florida, bringing over 26 years of dedicated experience in the dental field. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from George Mason University and a Dental Hygiene degree from Allegany College of Maryland, positioning her as a trusted professional in oral health care.
As an IAOMT-accredited biological hygienist, Jenny specializes in understanding the vital link between oral health and overall wellness. Her expertise allows her to provide personalized dental care and recommend high-quality oral health products to help patients achieve and maintain optimal dental hygiene.
At Dental Healing Arts, Jenny is passionate about enhancing patient experiences through outstanding dental care and education. She regularly participates in continuing education courses to stay updated on the latest dental technologies and advancements, ensuring her patients receive the best possible care.
Outside of her professional life, Jenny loves spending time at the beach with her husband and their three wonderful children. Family outings create cherished memories and offer a perfect balance to her fulfilling career.
